The MDR Musiksommer is celebrating its 30th anniversary this year. To mark this festive occasion, the opening concert on 19 June 2021 is being given away. The cathedral and university city of Merseburg is one of three cities that have the chance to win the opening concert. We now need your support.

In the historic castle garden, the city of Merseburg will play the most beautiful film hits, from cinema classics to series hits. The concert with the MDR Symphony Orchestra on 19 June is free of charge for all visitors.
