Merseburg Cathedral Music I: „Earth and Heaven - Heaven and Earth“

Merseburg Cathedral Music regularly organises concerts in Merseburg Cathedral. The varied programme ranges from organ concerts on the Ladegast organs to symphonies and chamber concerts in the cloister.

On 16 May, Merseburg Cathedral Music opens the season with Bach's magnificent Easter and Ascension Oratorio. Under the direction of Michael Schönheit, top-class soloists, the Collegium Vocale Leipzig, and the Merseburger Hofmusik will perform on historical instruments.
