Lunchtime concerts by various organists
The lunchtime concerts in Merseburg Cathedral offer a musical interlude for all generations at midday. The programme is aimed at both upper secondary school pupils and all organ enthusiasts. Organists will perform works from the rich Hungarian musical tradition, allowing the cathedral organ to shine with its diverse tonal colours.
The programme will be hosted by Alex Huth, known from the children's channel and various presenting roles in the region.
The concerts combine cultural education for pupils and all music lovers with a special sonic experience in the historical space of the cathedral.
