We Halle City Choir is one of Germany's most traditional boys' choirs and can look back on a history spanning more than 900 years. To this day, it stands for the vibrant cultivation of sacred choral music at a high artistic level and is closely connected to the musical life of the city of Halle. Under the direction of Clemens Flämig the choir can be regularly experienced at services, motets and concerts.

Clemens Flämig He is the Director of Music of the Stadtsingechor zu Halle and has been shaping its musical profile since 2014. The musician, who grew up in Dresden, was a member of the Dresdner Kreuzchor, studied church music, choral conducting, and singing, and combines high musical precision with a vibrant cultivation of choral music in his work.

The motet with the Stadtsingechor Halle invites you to a musical hour in Merseburg Cathedral, where sacred choral music and a liturgical atmosphere come together in a special way. Under the direction of Clemens Flämig, a sonically crafted programme is expected, which showcases the expressiveness of choral singing in the impressive space of the cathedral. The motet offers an opportunity to pause, listen, and celebrate along.
