Tower tours at the 53rd Merseburg Castle Festival

On the occasion of the 53rd Merseburg Castle Festival, you can go high up! You can reach the viewing platform of the south-west tower via the impressive roof truss of the cathedral. The fantastic view over the cathedral grounds and the roofs of the city and far into the region rewards you for the breathtaking climb.

The tower tours start at 2pm and 4pm.

Sturdy shoes and a head for heights are required. The tower ascent is not suitable for children under the age of 6.
